Unwiding machine

The AF 500 Smart is a motorised unwinding machine which includes a very simple and versatile system of compensation pulleys.

An innovative electronic self-learning system determines the initial diameter of the loaded coil, automatically adjusting the unwinding speed, according to request.

A compensator, using mobile pulleys, ensures proper cable tension; it also effectively controls every start up, shutdown, cable variation during the machine cycle, thus avoiding to incur in unwanted tearing.

The model is equipped with a system for the manual adjustment of the coil support pin and has a pneumatic system for raising the coil from the ground.
