SALES PRODUCT MANAGER

ROLE

Within the COMMERCIAL Department, he/she will be responsible for market developing for some of CURTI’s own high-potential products and will support the group’s North American branch. The following activities, in support of the different product divisions of the company (with a focus on Mechatronics and Packaging) will be main part of the job description:

  • Development of worldwide markets for an innovative packaging, made with CURTI machines and technology, based on a patented paper
  • Identification of target customers, interested to Circular Economy and openly aimed at the introduction of sustainable packaging
  • Start and development of technical-commercial negotiations, after identifying the right interlocutors of the target customers
  • Management of customers historical database portfolios, periodically monitoring customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities in both after-sales and new machines
  • Work with internal teams to share market feedbacks and help develop proposals related to real customer needs and CURTI’s company objectives
  • Coordinate the ongoing introduction of the new corporate CRM aimed at improving customer management and sales increase
  • Support to United States CURTI’s branch, in the important phase of market growth which includes: spare parts warehouse implementation and technical assistance service set-up, roll-out of an important market study in progress and daily relationship with colleagues overseas
  • Monitoring of sales forecasts with quarterly reports, implementation of corporate strategies and countermeasures identified to achieve the set objectives
  • Analysis of the current distribution networks and agents of the group, scouting and implementation of new partners in different areas of the world, in relation to the packaging world, with goal to double current network within one year

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience on new machinery/technology market introduction
  • Background on packaging B2B with knowledge of the B2C dynamics
  • Degree in Economics/Engineering, but also high potential profiles with just a high school diploma will also be taken into consideration
  • Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of other foreign languages ​​is appreciated)
  • Very good knowledge of the office package, welcome also good use of CRM
  • Great familiarity with LinkedIN (and welcome professional use of other social networks)
  • Marketing and market positioning skills
  • Attitude to integrate and move in complex and rapidly growing business realities
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and / or business development
